Monitoring occurs at every stage, from receiving raw materials to the release of the finished product. Every tenth box undergoes mandatory testing to ensure compliance with standards, enabling us to take full responsibility for product quality.

Quality assurance
All raw materials used in our manufacturing facilities are sourced exclusively from approved suppliers. Sample materials are tested for contaminants and evaluated in our process before being approved for use. Any materials with identified potential contaminants are sent to certified third-party laboratories for testing. The results are then carefully reviewed by our Product Safety team.

Powder coating technology is environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and free from drips and streaks that often occur with liquid paints.
Powder coatings are made from thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers combined with pigments. They also contain hardeners and accelerators that speed up the curing process.
The particle dispersion varies significantly, with particle sizes ranging from 5 to 350 microns, depending on the application method. The powder is sprayed onto a pre-cleaned metal surface.
Particles are propelled by an electric field; they receive a charge from an external source and adhere to a surface with an opposite charge. Any powder that doesn’t stick to the product is captured in the chamber and can be reused. Once coated, the metal goes to a curing chamber for baking.
The outcome is a seamless, high-quality coating layer.
